Obi scheduled his workout that he trains 5 times in a week. He split his workout according his bodyparts mean first-day chest, biceps and abs workout. He perform his exercises with 10-12 reps in sets of 4-5 to build muscle mass.

He said about his training that “If I am working chest and biceps in one day I will work chest for one set and then proceed immediately to one set of biceps. I will go back and forth until I am done with that particular chest and bicep exercise.”
