Who is Kali Muscle?

Kali Muscle is a bodybuilder, youtuber, actor and entrepreneur. He well known as “Mr Muscle“. He belong from Oakland, California. He achieved millions of subscriber on his youtube channel by his different attraction in bodybuilding. He is also a successful businessman. His early life was very hard, When he was young. After he got job, He used to lifting weight in his free time for free. He is a true lover of sports after his job, He used to play different kind of games like football. Once, He also received a scholarship to played football competition at Fresno State University.

If we think about diet, all our body health is depend on what type of diet we prefer to our body, like you need to take care of calories in the diet and many factors like, What should we eat? You must need to know that eating and sleeping is most important factor in building muscle.

Meal 1

  • Three bags of Ramen noodles
  • Honey
  • Mustard
  • Mayonnaise

  • One cup of oatmeal
  • Cinnamon
  • Cane sugar
  • Eight ounces of beefsteak

  • Two cups of rice
  • Twelve ounces of chicken
  • Two tablespoons of honey

Kali Muscle Supplement

He runs his own brand named “Hyphy”. He uses pre-workout (Hyphy Mud) supplements and also use whey protein for muscle. So uses it before big leg workout and chest workout when he needs an extra pump. But he never used steroid.

Kali takes diet having high amount of calories. He said that he always ate whatever he could in jail. He tries to eat 6 meals of the day but sometimes he takes out of it to maintain his massive body. He eats bunch of calories all the day and have include all macros that his body need like protein, carb and fats. Cha

Diet of Kali includes all fresh and healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, ground turkey, salmon and chicken breast for his protein. He also like to eat sweet potato and rice. Kali believe that we have to drink lot of water within a single days because water plays vital role in our health. He drinks a gallon of water everyday. He used to drink much for stay hydrated in his gym time.

Before start the workout routine or training routine, make sure you stay hydrated during workouts by drinking water or energy drinks. and Important is to don’t forget to warm-up exercising and make sure to cool down by stretching your muscles out, because It’s helps you to do injury free workout or exercise.

  • 5 sets & 10-15 reps — Flat barbell bench press
  • 5 sets & 10-15 reps — Bodyweight dip
  • 5 sets & 10-15 reps — Flat dumbbell fly
  • 5 sets & 10-15 reps — Incline barbell bench press

  • 5 sets & 10-15 reps — Cable triceps pushdown

When he was in prison, He used to do workout with lifting garbage bags, water bottles and and other men’s body. He also shows his prison exercises on his youtube channel.
