How to Make Kadha
- 1 tbsp cardamom
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp dried ginger
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 3 cups water
- Honey – optional to taste
- In a pot, add cardamom, cinnamon, dried ginger, and black pepper in water.
- Boil the content until about 1 cup of a solution is left.
- If you choose to add honey, add it before consuming when the liquid is warm but not too hot to drink.
