How to Make Kadha

How to make it


  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp dried ginger
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 3 cups water
  • Honey – optional to taste


  1. In a pot, add cardamom, cinnamon, dried ginger, and black pepper in water.
  2. Boil the content until about 1 cup of a solution is left.
  3. If you choose to add honey, add it before consuming when the liquid is warm but not too hot to drink.
  4. Serve.
