Hadi Choopan is an Iranian professional bodybuilder. He also a fitness sensation. He put his steps in the bodybuilding industry at a very early age. He is also known as The Persian Wolf. In 2016, IFBB Diamond Cup in Dubai and got his pro status. From there he rises in bodybuilding. He started participating in all IFBB professional shows. And becoming known for his fantastic conditioning.

As we all know that if we want a lean and sculpted physique then, We need to focus on our diet. Hadi believes that his diet plays the most important role behind his sculpted physiques. Hadi Choopan diet include foods like brown rice, avocados, and skinless chicken breast for the major years. These type of food make his body fat free and keep his fat level simple.

Before starting the workout routine or training routine, make sure you stay hydrated during workouts by drinking water or energy drinks. And don’t forget to warm-up exercising and make sure to cool down by stretching your muscles out, because It helps you to do injury-free workout or exercise. Mixed Strength and Hypertrophy Training

In order to make the strongest muscles, He utilizes both tricks high volumes of sets & reps and heavy weight lifting. He sets one day in a week for heavy weight lifting and builds the strength of muscles. And another day for high volume and hypertrophy. For example, on Mondays, he trains his chest using heavy weights only by doing 5 sets of 5 reps. Another side on Thursdays or Fridays, He trains the same body part where he’ll do 8-12 reps, focusing on doing as many sets as possible.

Workout

  • 3 sets & 10-12 reps — Incline Dumbbell Press
  • 5 sets & 8-12 reps — Flat Barbell Bench Press
  • 4 sets & 10-12 reps — Incline Flyes
  • 4 sets & 10-12 reps — Dips
  • 4 sets & 10-12 reps — Dumbbell Pullovers
  • 4 sets & 10-12 reps — Push-ups, super setted with Cable flys (until failure)
  • 5 sets & 10-12 reps — Flat Bench Dumbbell Flyes

Cardio Routine

As a matter of cardio, Hadi never does cardio while off-season. He has two or three weekly HIIT sessions when he is preparing for competitions.

Chest Workout

  • 5 sets & 5 reps — Incline Bench Press
  • 5 sets & 5 reps — Flat Smith-Machine Chest Press
  • 3 sets & 5-8 reps — Incline Dumbbell Press
  • 3 sets & 6-8 reps — Weighted Dips
  • 3 sets & 4-6 reps — Heavy Cable Flyes
