Claire is not much strict about her diet plan but when her schedule is very busy she used to prefer Healthy food from restaurants. But when she is free she loves to eat the food made by her own hand. Sometimes she travels, cooks the meal, and carries with her in a plastic lunch box.

When she is free she used to stay in the kitchen and try some new experiments on food and make them healthy. Claire also shares some of her own recipes with their follower which is her favorite.

She named it “Chicken Burger with Zucchini, Cilantro, and Fetta Cheese”

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Bell Peppers
  • 1 Small Zucchini
  • Lean Chicken Patty
  • 1-2 Tbsp Feta Crumbles
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Low-fat sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. “Cut tops and bottoms off bell peppers leaving about a 1” thick middle piece. You can grill the excess pepper or store it for a snack later. Slice zucchini into rounds and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Turn the grill on medium-high heat and place chicken patties, tops & bottoms of bell peppers (face down), and zucchini. Cook until chicken is fully cooked and veggies are slightly charred. Chop cilantro.
  3. Divide all ingredients into two parts and build your burgers.

Claire made the most advanced workout, the workout includes 4 rounds of exercise as fast as can possible. Between each exercise, there are 10 burpees to keep the heart rate going Let’s have a look at it.
