He got his IFBB Pro Card in 2013. When he was 5 years old his brother Mike forced him to lift a light weight dumbell. And since that time he stuck with weight lifting.

To get a great response, Arya eats 6 meal of the day. He always focus on that, Every meal shoud fulfill her body nutrients and caloric need. He loves to eat vegetables.
His cheat meal include many thing that he eats when he go out like pizzas and burgers. Those are his favorite. Arya used to eats them twice in a week. He cheat meals when he is in the off-season.
When Arya is on cutting, He never cheat meal and avoid junk food. He give proper concentrate for future competition.

Diet Meal Recipe
- Chopped green onion
- Chopped tomatoes
- Egg white
- Pre-cooked chiken breast
- White rice
- Take two fry pans.
- Start cooking egg white on one pan and chopped tomato and onion on other pain on medium flame.
- Add rice & chicken in pan having tomato and onion.
- Add eggs
- Add seasoning and little soy sauce, salt papper and garlic powder.
- Enjoy your meal.
Arya Saffaie Workout
Before starting the workout routine or training routine, make sure you stay hydrated during workouts by drinking water or energy drinks. And don’t forget to warm-up exercising and make sure to cool down by stretching your muscles out, because It helps you to do injury-free workout or exercise.
When it comes to cardio, Arya performs HIIT 30 of minutes. He does cardio 6 days of the week. He says that he don’t like to go with bad shape in competitions. So rather that it he likes to increase his heartbeat and do some extreme workout.

Above listed exercise that Arya used to perform when he do cardio. His cardio session is hard and extreme because his aim is to sculpt a lean physique. Also he does cardio for burn extra calorie and fat.
“What differentiates me from most bodybuilders, is that I also do calisthenic workouts using my body weight only. I dedicate a whole day to body weight exercises, and get very creative with these workouts, incorporating balance, core training, explosive power… and control.”
Arya loves to do simple workouts such as weight lifting. Every saturday he has a different session or workout. He go out with his friends to the park or garden.
